Biography

Utah, California, New York and Washington, D.C. licensed attorney, qualified as a British Solicitor, with extensive international and domestic intellectual property, commercial transactions and high technology experience in the U.S., Asia-Pacific, North and South America and Europe.  Fifteen-plus years in-house, law firm and business experience worldwide in complex, multimillion dollar, intellectual property licensing, commercial transactions, and litigation in large multinational public enterprises, and in other multicultural and international settings, characterized by intense speed-to-market and sales pressures.  Two-year residency in Seoul, South Korea serving as a Foreign Legal Consultant with a prominent Korean international and intellectual property law firm and as an adjunct professor, Central Texas College (U.S. Army program).  Brelsford also served as an adjunct professor for a graduate program in public administration at the University of Alaska, Anchorage and as a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Alaska Supreme Court.
