Doug has been an estate planning attorney since 1994. Doug's practice focuses primarily on estate, retirement, and disability planning; charitable giving; business succession planning; guardianship and conservatorship; probate; Medicaid plannning; and special needs trusts. He has spoken on a variety of topics throughout the country. Doug is the managing partner of The Fadel Law Firm, a full-service estate planning firm located in Bountiful, Utah. After earning an honors Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Utah, Doug earned his juris doctorate from the Unviersity of Utah College of Law in 1993, where he was a member of the Utah Law Review and earned an American Jurisprudence Award for Trusts and Estates.
