Kristin A. Erickson, received a B.A. degree magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota (1983), where she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa; an M.A. from the University of Chicago (1985); and a J.D. from the University of Michigan (1988). She practiced with the Chicago law firm of Hopkins & Sutter (1988-1991) and served as commissioning editor with Oxford University Press (1992-1996). She joined the College of Law in 1998.
